Greetings for the 2025 season

The 2024 growing season in Southern Ontario was an interesting one. We had a wet May/June/July which created some issues with June berry harvest and increased disease pressure in day neutrals.  It was good however to get the nursery going and plants had very little moisture stress until well into August, when we had to start irrigating regularly.

Plant supplies look to be pretty normal and we anticipate the harvest of good quality bare root plants to start in mid November, as usual.  We still recommend getting orders in early as we will most likely run out of plants of some varieties as the weeks progress thru the winter. 

Our product range remains similar to past years with a supply of June strawberry varieties, day neutral varieties, raspberry & blackberry canes, rhubarb, asparagus & horseradish.
